These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Promag300.com Affiliate Program.
By applying for, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Terms, together with the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other policies published by Promag300.com.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
Participation is available only to individuals or entities that satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.
Promag300.com reserves the right to approve or reject an application at its discretion.
We may request information necessary to verify an applicant’s identity, eligibility, or payment information.
2. Affiliate Account
Each affiliate must maintain accurate and current account information.
Affiliate accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared without prior authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates may receive unique affiliate links, referral codes, tracking identifiers, or other approved tracking methods.
Commissions are generally attributed according to the tracking and attribution system used by Promag300.com.
Promag300.com does not guarantee that every referral will be tracked or attributed where technical limitations, browser settings, deleted cookies, incorrect links, tracking failures, or other circumstances affect attribution.
4. Qualifying Transactions
A transaction may qualify for commission only when it satisfies the applicable Affiliate Program requirements.
Transactions may be excluded when they are:
- Cancelled;
- Refunded;
- Returned;
- Charged back;
- Fraudulent;
- Unpaid;
- Self-referrals where prohibited;
- Improperly attributed;
- Generated through prohibited promotional methods; or
- Otherwise non-qualifying under the applicable program rules.
5. Commission Adjustments
Promag300.com may adjust, reverse, withhold, or cancel commissions associated with non-qualifying transactions.
If a commission has already been credited and the underlying transaction is later refunded, cancelled, charged back, or determined to be non-qualifying, the applicable commission may be deducted from future commissions or otherwise adjusted where permitted.

Affiliates must promote PROMAG300 products honestly and responsibly.
All advertisements, promotional materials, social media posts, websites, videos, messages, and other marketing communications must be truthful and must not be misleading.

Affiliates must not modify official product information in a manner that creates a misleading claim.
8. Testimonials and Before-and-After Claims
Affiliates must not use testimonials, before-and-after images, customer stories, or personal experiences in a misleading manner.
Individual experiences must not be presented as guaranteed or typical results unless such representation is properly substantiated and permitted.
9. Income and Earnings Claims
Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or guaranteed income claims.
Examples of prohibited representations include statements suggesting that:

11. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may conduct paid advertising only through advertising methods and platforms permitted by Promag300.com.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with the rules of the applicable advertising platform.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture relationship.
Affiliates are independent participants responsible for their own activities and obligations.
16. Taxes and Expenses
Affiliates are responsible for their own applicable taxes, advertising expenses, equipment, internet costs, content-production expenses, and other costs associated with their affiliate activities.
