Shipping Policy

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

Promag300.com is operated by a PROMAG300 BCO (Branch Center Operator) and provides shipping and delivery services for qualifying orders placed through the Website.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered, including applicable shipping methods, delivery requirements, courier-related matters, international shipments, and responsibilities of customers, affiliates, and dropshipping participants.

By placing an order through Promag300.com, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable provisions of this Shipping Policy.

1. Available Shipping Methods

Depending on the customer’s location, order, and available service options, Promag300.com may offer one or more of the following shipping or delivery methods:

  • Courier delivery;
  • LBC Branch Pickup;
  • Cash on Delivery (COD);
  • Cash on Pickup;
  • Other local delivery services;
  • International shipping, where available; and
  • Other shipping methods that may be introduced from time to time.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, product, order details, courier availability, and other operational considerations.

The shipping methods and applicable charges available for a particular order will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after the order has been successfully received and the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.

For orders requiring manual payment verification, including certain bank-transfer orders, processing may begin only after the payment has been successfully verified.

Processing times may be affected by:

  • Weekends and holidays;
  • High order volumes;
  • Promotional campaigns;
  • Product availability;
  • Payment verification;
  • Order verification;
  • Operational circumstances; and
  • Other factors beyond our reasonable control.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.

3. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current delivery information.

This may include:

  • Full name;
  • Mobile or telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Complete delivery address;
  • House or unit number;
  • Street or subdivision;
  • Barangay;
  • City or municipality;
  • Province;
  • Postal code; and
  • Other information required by the applicable courier.

For LBC Branch Pickup, customers must provide the correct and preferred LBC branch.

Promag300.com is not responsible for delivery problems, delays, additional charges, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may depend on factors including:

  • Delivery destination;
  • Shipping method;
  • Package weight;
  • Package dimensions;
  • Quantity of products;
  • Applicable shipping rate;
  • Courier;
  • International destination; and
  • Other applicable shipping conditions.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout where available.

Shipping rates may be changed or updated from time to time.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Any delivery timeframe displayed on the Website is an estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed delivery date.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, traffic, weather, holidays, order volume, operational conditions, and other circumstances.

Promag300.com does not guarantee that an order will arrive on a particular date unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly offered and confirmed.

6. Courier Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Once an order has been handed over to the selected courier or delivery provider, the shipment becomes subject to the courier’s operational procedures.

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

  • Severe weather;
  • Flooding;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Traffic;
  • Accidents;
  • Holidays;
  • Courier operational issues;
  • High shipment volumes;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Security concerns;
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations;
  • Incorrect recipient information;
  • Failed delivery attempts; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery concerns but cannot control the operations, decisions, or delivery schedules of third-party courier providers.

7. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or other shipment information.

Tracking information is generally provided by the applicable courier.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch and may take time to reflect movement through the courier’s system.

Customers should use the applicable courier’s tracking system where available.

8. LBC Branch Pickup

Where LBC Branch Pickup is available, customers must select or provide their preferred LBC branch during checkout or through the designated order-notes field.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected branch information is accurate.

The customer may be required to present identification, an order reference, tracking information, or other documentation required by LBC Express before the package can be released.

Customers are responsible for claiming their package within the applicable holding period established by the courier.

Failure to claim a package may result in its return to the sender or other action under the courier’s applicable procedures.

9. Cash on Delivery

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made according to the applicable courier’s collection procedure.

Customers should ensure that they or an authorized recipient are available to receive and pay for the order when delivery is attempted.

Refusal to receive a legitimate COD order may result in additional delivery costs, return-to-sender charges, restrictions on future COD orders, or other applicable consequences.

10. Cash on Pickup

Where Cash on Pickup is available, the customer may be required to pay the applicable order amount when claiming the package at the designated pickup location.

Customers should bring any identification, order reference, or other information required by the applicable pickup provider.

Unclaimed packages may be returned, cancelled, or otherwise handled according to the applicable courier or pickup provider’s procedures.

11. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery

A delivery may be unsuccessful when the courier is unable to complete delivery because of circumstances including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Recipient unavailable;
  • Recipient refuses the package;
  • Unreachable telephone number;
  • Failure to respond to the courier;
  • Failure to claim a branch-pickup package;
  • Recipient not authorized to receive the package; or
  • Other circumstances attributable to the recipient.

Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.

12. Customer Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the external condition of their package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears to be:

  • Opened;
  • Torn;
  • Crushed;
  • Punctured;
  • Wet;
  • Leaking;
  • Tampered with; or
  • Otherwise visibly damaged,

the customer should document the condition before opening the package.

Customers should follow the delivery and unboxing documentation requirements stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.

13. Delivery and Unboxing Video

For the protection of both customers and Promag300.com, customers are required to record a continuous, unedited video beginning before or upon receiving the package and continuing through the complete opening and inspection of the package.

The recording should clearly show the condition of the package, shipping label or waybill, the opening process, and all products and contents received.

This documentation is particularly important for claims involving:

  • Wrong products;
  • Missing products;
  • Incorrect quantities;
  • Damaged products;
  • Damaged packaging;
  • Tampered packages;
  • Broken or compromised seals; or
  • Other discrepancies between the order and the products received.

The unboxing video may be requested as supporting evidence when investigating a delivery-related claim.

For complete requirements regarding unboxing videos and order disputes, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

14. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged during transportation, Promag300.com may coordinate with the applicable courier or fulfillment provider to investigate the matter.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order information;
  • Tracking information;
  • Photographs;
  • Delivery and unboxing video;
  • Description of the issue; and
  • Other supporting documentation.

The resolution of a courier-related claim may depend on the courier’s investigation, applicable courier policies, available evidence, and applicable law.

15. International Shipping

Promag300.com may accept international orders to selected destinations where international shipping is available.

International shipments are subject to the laws, regulations, customs procedures, import requirements, product restrictions, and regulatory requirements of the destination country.

The fact that an international order can be placed through our Website does not mean that the product is automatically approved or authorized for importation into the destination country.

16. Destination-Country FDA and Regulatory Requirements

Different countries may impose their own requirements concerning products that are imported into their territory.

Depending on the destination, an international shipment may require:

  • Local FDA approval or registration;
  • Import permits;
  • Import licenses;
  • Recipient or importer certificates;
  • Product registration;
  • Health authority authorization;
  • Business permits;
  • Local distributor authorization;
  • Product certificates;
  • Certificates issued by the recipient’s country;
  • Labeling requirements;
  • Ingredient or composition requirements;
  • Quantity restrictions;
  • Personal-use documentation; or
  • Other government approvals or documentation.

These requirements may apply even when the product is legally sold in the Philippines and even when Promag300.com provides applicable Philippine FDA documentation or certificates.

A Philippine FDA registration, authorization, certificate, or other Philippine document does not automatically constitute approval, registration, or authorization to import the product into another country.

For example, a destination country may require the recipient or importer to obtain a local FDA certificate or import authorization, even if Promag300.com has provided Philippine FDA documentation relating to the product.

Promag300.com cannot provide or obtain a foreign certificate that is legally required to be issued specifically to the recipient, importer, consignee, distributor, or other local entity in the destination country.

17. Customer Responsibility for International Orders

Before placing an international order, the customer and/or recipient is responsible for determining whether the product may legally be imported into the destination country.

Customers should contact the appropriate:

  • Customs authority;
  • FDA or health authority;
  • Import authority;
  • Government agency;
  • Licensed customs broker; or
  • Other appropriate regulatory authority

to confirm the applicable requirements before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing any documentation, permits, certificates, licenses, registrations, or other requirements that must legally be obtained by the recipient or importer.

18. No Guarantee of International Customs or Regulatory Clearance

Promag300.com does not guarantee that an international shipment will be:

  • Accepted by customs;
  • Cleared by customs;
  • Approved by an FDA or health authority;
  • Released by a government agency;
  • Permitted for importation;
  • Delivered without delay; or
  • Accepted by the recipient.

Foreign customs authorities, FDA or health authorities, and other government agencies operate independently of Promag300.com.

Their decisions, requirements, processing times, and enforcement actions are outside our control.

19. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer or recipient is responsible for applicable destination-country charges, including:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • VAT or similar taxes;
  • Tariffs;
  • Customs clearance fees;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Storage charges;
  • Government charges;
  • Inspection fees; and
  • Other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fee paid through Promag300.com.

20. International Shipments Held or Refused by Authorities

An international shipment may be held, delayed, returned, refused, abandoned, seized, destroyed, or otherwise affected by customs, FDA, health authorities, or other government agencies.

This may occur because of:

  • Missing documentation;
  • Recipient requirements;
  • Import restrictions;
  • Product registration requirements;
  • Local FDA requirements;
  • Customs classification;
  • Labeling requirements;
  • Quantity restrictions;
  • Unpaid duties or taxes;
  • Import permits;
  • Prohibited or restricted products; or
  • Other destination-country requirements.

Promag300.com cannot guarantee the outcome of such regulatory or customs proceedings.

21. Returned or Refused International Shipments

If an international shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, or otherwise cannot be delivered because the recipient or importer failed to satisfy destination-country requirements, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping, handling, storage, customs, duties, taxes, or other charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any refund request will be evaluated according to the circumstances of the shipment, the condition of the products, applicable courier charges, and our Refund and Returns Policy.

Where applicable, shipping charges and other non-refundable costs may not be refundable.

22. Documentation We May Provide for International Orders

Where reasonably available and applicable, Promag300.com may provide documentation relating to an order or product, such as:

  • Sales invoices;
  • Order documentation;
  • Shipping documentation;
  • Product information;
  • Applicable Philippine certifications;
  • Applicable Philippine FDA documentation; or
  • Other documents that we are authorized and reasonably able to provide.

Providing such documents does not guarantee that they will satisfy the requirements of the destination country.

If a destination country requires a document that must be issued by its own government agency or obtained by the recipient or importer, the customer or recipient remains responsible for obtaining that document.

23. International Orders Placed Without Verification

Customers are strongly encouraged to verify all applicable import requirements before placing an international order.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges that destination-country requirements may differ from Philippine requirements and that additional documentation may be required from the recipient or importer.

Customers should contact Promag300.com before placing an order if they are uncertain whether we can provide a particular document required by their destination country.

24. Affiliate Orders

Orders generated through the Promag300.com Affiliate Program are subject to the same applicable shipping procedures and requirements.

Affiliates must provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping options and must not guarantee delivery dates, customs clearance, foreign regulatory approval, or other outcomes that are outside their authority or control.

Affiliates must not represent that Philippine product documentation automatically satisfies the regulatory requirements of another country.

25. Dropshipping Orders

Orders submitted through the Promag300.com Dropshipping System may be processed, packed, and fulfilled through the applicable BCO, distribution, or fulfillment process.

Dropshippers are responsible for providing accurate customer and shipping information.

For international dropshipping orders, dropshippers must ensure that their customers are informed that destination-country import, customs, FDA, health, and regulatory requirements may apply.

Dropshippers must not guarantee that an international shipment will clear customs or be approved by a foreign regulatory authority.

26. Product Compliance in the Destination Country

Customers, affiliates, and dropshippers must not assume that a product’s availability for purchase through Promag300.com means that the product is approved for sale, distribution, or commercial importation in every country.

Any person intending to commercially import, resell, distribute, or otherwise market PROMAG300 products in another country is responsible for determining and complying with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements of that country.

27. Shipping Policy Changes

Promag300.com reserves the right to modify shipping methods, shipping rates, delivery procedures, supported destinations, courier options, and other provisions of this Shipping Policy from time to time.

Updated provisions will become effective when posted on the Website unless otherwise stated.

28. Contact Us
